Welcome to Tease & Toss. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of TeaseAndToss.com and purchases made through our website.
1. Overview
Tease & Toss LLC creates made-to-order cheer hairpieces for personal use.
2. Orders & Custom Products
Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Please review your color, texture, and attachment style before checking out. Our current estimated production turnaround is 5–6 weeks before shipping.
You may request a change or cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing orders@teaseandtoss.com. After 24 hours, custom orders are final sale, subject to the exceptions in our Refund & Exchange Policy.
3. Pricing & Payment
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change before purchase. Payment is due at checkout using one of the available payment methods.
4. Shipping
We ship within the United States. Any available international destinations will appear at checkout. Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. Carrier delays and incorrect addresses can affect delivery.
5. Refunds & Exchanges
Custom orders are final sale. If you purchase Professional Color Match and order the shade our team recommends, you’re eligible for a shade exchange if that shade doesn’t match. Professional Color Match covers shade exchanges only. If you choose your own shade, your color selection is final.
To request a shade exchange, email orders@teaseandtoss.com with your order number and clear photos of your hair and Power Pony in natural light.
If your item arrives damaged or differs from what you ordered, email us within 3 days of delivery with your order number, photos, and a brief description of the issue. We’ll review your request and arrange a repair or replacement for qualifying items. See our Refund & Exchange Policy for details.
6. Intellectual Property
Tease & Toss website content, including our images, branding, text, and designs, may only be reproduced or distributed with permission.
7. User Conduct
When using our website, you agree to follow applicable laws, respect the rights of others, provide accurate information, and use the site for authorized purposes only.
