All Sales Are Final
Due to the custom nature of our products—including personalized color, texture, and styling—we do

not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect (we triple-check, but hey—it happens), email us within 3 days of delivery with the following:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue

  • A description of what’s wrong

    We’ll review your case and offer a replacement or fix if it qualifies under our damage/ defect policy.

Order Changes & Cancellations
You may request to cancel or change your order within 24 hours of placing it—after that, we begin

the customization process and cannot modify it. ⸻
